Make actual, research-quality observations of the cosmos in Earlham's redesigned intro astronomy course. In this class you'll use professional telescopes from a worldwide network to take photos of everything from the Moon, to supernova remnants, to distant galaxies. You'll use those photos to find Pluto, calculate the size of Saturn, and measure the expansion rate of the whole universe.
