- Epic Explore - During 5+ guided coaching sessions, students explore the opportunities & realities of different career paths, identify knowledge gaps, and design mini career “experiments” to discover what fits. By the end, students unlock their Epic Advantage.
- Epic Advantage - Based on their exploration, students identify or design a custom research project, internship or other career-discerning experience, and get up to $5,000 to make it a reality.
- Epic Launch - Connecting their academic, personal, and Epic experiences, students work with coaches to develop college-to-career transition plans. At the two-day Epic Launch conference, each student shares how their Epic Journey propels them towards a satisfying future.
